How to Request a Refund
Email support@imsolver.co.uk with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Brief reason (optional, helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Third-party services or add-ons (subject to their own policies)
