Getting Started
How do I access the tools?
Log in using your Google account after checkout. You'll be redirected to your dashboard where all tools are available.
Which plan should I choose?
Free: 10 messages/day, 1 AI agent - perfect for testing
Pro ($9.99/mo): Unlimited messages, 5 AI agents, voice mode
Enterprise ($29.99/mo): Everything unlimited, priority support
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan requires no payment information.
Billing & Subscriptions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel directly in your account dashboard under "Account & Billing". Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 7 days for technical issues or duplicate charges. Contact support@imsolver.co.uk with your order details.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Account & Billing → Change Plan. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay via Stripe.
Technical Support
The app isn't loading. What should I do?
1. Clear your browser cache
2. Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
3. Check your internet connection
4. Still stuck? Email us with your browser and device info
Voice mode isn't working
Ensure your browser has microphone permissions enabled. Chrome and Edge work best. Safari may require additional permissions.
Can I use IMsolver on mobile?
Yes. All tools are fully responsive and work on phones and tablets.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure storage and never sell your data.
Do you store my conversations?
Conversations are stored in your account for your reference. You can delete them anytime from your dashboard.
